LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
The warranty period of this device is one year from the date of purchase from www.Bugatti-e.com or an authorized retailer by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT Transferrable to subsequent purchasers).
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include the following:
• Bugatti Cartridges;
• Damage, malfunction, or deterioration caused by abnormal use, negligence, lack of care, misuse, or abuse;
• Damaged caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (i.e. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusual heavy perspiration or other moisture), extreme thermal conditions, natural disasters, or environmental conditions (i.e. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
• Damage cause by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by Bugatti in the User Manual;
• Damage to the device caused by accessories or attachments not authorized by Bugatti or caused by accessories or attachments authorized by Bugatti but where the usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use;
• Cosmetic damage or other damage caused by normal wear and tear and use, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and broken plastic that do not affect the product performance;
• Damage caused by overcharging, improper installation of batteries if applicable, or failure to charge the device in accordance with the specific instructions provided;
• Normal performance degradation of batteries;
• Any device or part that has been opened, disassembled, or tampered with in any way.
• Damage to a device serviced, maintained or repaired by an unauthorized or unqualified technician; or
• Any device where the ID number has been tampered with, erased, or obscured or is not genuine.
